Our e-Gift Cards can only be used online at madwatersports.co.uk, however you can shop in store, then purchase the item on the website selecting 'in store pick up' and our Team will fulfill your order immediately from stock onsite!
E-Gift Cards are emailed to you and are valid for 24 months
Terms & Conditions
Redemption
- Gift cards can only be redeemed at madwatersports.co.uk.
- They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or to buy another e-gift card.
- A maximum of two gift cards or e-gift cards/voucher codes (or a combination of) can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
- If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item in store (or via contact with us by phone/email), the new item(s) must be of a higher price as balances can not be added back to the the card.
- If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
Period of validity
- Gift cards are valid for 24 months from receipt
- Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
- Gift Card balances can be checked by emailing our team on enquiries@madwatersports.co.uk
- Should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. MAD Water Sports Ltd will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Cancellation
- Cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
- Under the Regulations, (as outlined above), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for a gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent. Further details are set out above. Please note that if you cancel a gift card you will not be required to return the physical gift card to us, but the card code will be disabled.
Changes to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions
MAD Water Sports Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights
